YUVA Empowerment is an organisation with a vision of youth empowerment by providing and employing the right skills, education & guidance to the youth through respective field mentors.

But looking at the present condition, scourge of unemployment and unemployability haunts Indian Youth.
Currently, India is having an opportunity of being a Demographic Dividend nation, which occurs when the proportion of working population i.e. 15 to 64 years out of the total population is high, with the average age in India being around 27 years old. This Demographic Dividend phase will last till 2045-50.
We have to take advantage of this opportunity and use it effectively to receive greater benefits of higher Growth and Development. But if we don’t capitalize on this opportunity we may in fact be in a weaker position than now with increased Unemployment and Poverty.
To ascertain the benefits of Demographic Dividend, we need to create youth who have practical market related skill sets and industry experts guiding them in their respective fields.
Today the graduating students in the age group of 18-25 curious about the market ahead are looking for experts & seniors to guide them about the various aspects & practical skill sets required to strive in their respective industry.
The industry experts on the other hand are looking for young force who are excited to work in their field, to guide and motivate them with their knowledge to keep the industry striving & growing.
The 4 key things required for the youth to be empowered are PASSION, MENTOR, SKILL SETS & INDUSTRY EXPOSURE.
PASSION: When youngsters are able to find their passion, their field of interest, they would naturally work hard to achieve great results and are easily motivated to keep on going.
MENTOR: It is important to have a mentor, who is from the field, has tons of experience and will be guiding the youth about all the aspects and necessary skill sets required to sustain in the field.
SKILL SETS: It is important to keep on learning all the skill sets required in the field, apply them and keep on updating the skills throughout life.
INDUSTRY EXPOSURE: Industry exposure is essential to get the real feel of the industry and work with people who are currently working there. It would give the youth some exposure about how the industry actually works and whether they would enjoy working in it.
